Please read these terms carefully before using TRUEX.
By accessing or using TRUEX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
TRUEX is a bet tracking, performance analytics, and verification platform. The Service allows users to log sports bets, track results, and publish a verified public performance record. TRUEX does not provide betting advice, picks, or recommendations. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or gambling advice.
You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your credentials. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use automated means to create accounts.
You agree to log bets accurately and honestly. Logging false results, backdating bets, or manipulating your record in any way violates these terms and may result in account termination. TRUEX reserves the right to audit and remove accounts found to be manipulating data.
When you mark bets as public, that data is visible to anyone without login. Your handle, display name, public bets, and performance statistics may be indexed by search engines. You are responsible for what you choose to make public.
By using TRUEX you agree that we collect and store the following: your account information (email, profile data), your bet history including odds, stakes, results, and market types, and usage data and interaction patterns. We use this data to provide the Service, improve the platform, and generate analytics.
You acknowledge and agree that TRUEX may collect, analyze, and commercialize anonymized aggregate data derived from user activity on the platform. This includes but is not limited to: aggregate betting patterns, win rates by sport and market type, odds distribution across the user base, stake sizing trends, and other statistical patterns derived from the collective user dataset.
This aggregate data does not identify individual users and will not be sold in a form that exposes your personal information or individual bet history. TRUEX reserves the right to license, sell, or otherwise commercialize anonymized aggregate datasets to third parties including but not limited to sports data companies, media organizations, research institutions, and gaming operators.
Your individual bet data remains private unless you choose to make it public. Aggregate and anonymized data is a separate commercial asset owned by TRUEX.
Certain features of TRUEX require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. TRUEX reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Early adopters locked in at a promotional rate will retain that rate for the duration of their continuous subscription.
All platform code, design, content, and branding is owned by TRUEX. The Knowledge Base content, analytical frameworks, and educational materials are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without written permission.
You may not use the platform to harass, deceive, or defraud other users; attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform; use automated tools to log or manipulate bet data; impersonate other users or create fake performance records; or use the platform in any jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TRUEX does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRUEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall TRUEX's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRUEX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party rights.
TRUEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your bet data before termination upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
TRUEX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
